These replace previous summer agreements for those players nominated for international action. They will be mainly yielded by a fair amount by their counties but also get a top-up payment from the ECB. Others might also gain the additional payment.
Since the increment scheme includes a point-scoring feature to honor appearances from this winter onwards.
Non-contracted cricketers will be presented 5-points for a Test playing.They will be given two points for Twenty20 or ODI appearance. If anyone accumulated 20 points within a period of 12-month, he will be automatically qualify for the financial prize.

He said that this presentation of the England increment contracts is planned chiefly to honor players who play in the England one-day side on a regular basis.The introduction of a points-based system also allows the selectors with the flexibility to honor fresh players who change the pace in the England Test or one-day teams within the contract period.
Here are the names of the centrally-contracted players, nominated for a time period of twelve months starting from October 1 i.e. JM Anderson, IR Bell, SCJ Broad, PD Collingwood, AN Cook, A Flintoff, SJ Harmison, MS Panesar, KP Pietersen, RJ Sidebottom, AJ Strauss, MP Vaughan.
