These replace previous summer agreements for those players nominated for international action. They will be mainly yielded by a fair amount by their counties but also get a top-up payment from the ECB. Others might also gain the additional payment.

Since the increment scheme includes a point-scoring feature to honor appearances from this winter onwards. Non-contracted cricketers will be presented 5-points for a Test playing.They will be given two points for Twenty20 or ODI appearance.
